02/13/2008-Updates...
Well, as you can see I'm overhauling the website. While I'm experimenting you can get info about shows and what not on the Myspace. We should have a show soon, but in the meantime we're really focused on jamming, fleshing out ideas, and really making this band a 'band' (and all that that entails...).
Soon, some pretty cool things will be available on our website, which include:
1. Pics, Videos and Sound Clips
2. A Mailing List
3. You'll also be able to buy merch through our site! This includes our self-released cd, the "Alpha-Omega EP", and our shirts....which you should buy even if you're not a fan...
All in all, we're working hard to make this band more than a band and we thank everyone who supports us and who reads this, and let you know there's some good things on the horizon....but it's a secret, shhhhh.

12/31/2007-Happy New Year!...almost
Well, 2008 is almost here and hopefully it's a great year for all of us since 2007 sucked bigtime! Not really, 2007 was a good year.
Got some new shows posted in the "live" section. I'm still in the process of overhauling the site, but I added a few videos to the "sights" section (just to wet your appetite). Just follow the white rabbit. Soon we should have some new pics, video, music, art and you will also be able to buy our merch through our site as well. We're talkin' Axiom cds, Axiom shirts, Axiom mugs, Axiom dog sweaters, Axiom bike helmets, Axiom cookware, Axiom fly swatters, Axiom diapers and Axiom multi-vitimins! Yeah! Buy, buy, buy! Help us fund our revolution.

11/14/07-HEY! Holy Fucking Christ! It has been over a year since there was an upadate on this, our official website. Well, for those of you who don't know, we do have a myspace (www.myspace.com/axiom) on which we have been updating all of our fans with our latest and greatest information! Latest and greatest?... don't ask. Well, we will be remodeling this site very soon, so be sure to start checking it regularly in the next month or so. Meanwhile we are in the process of working on a recording of some kind... and we have lots of good stuff coming for you! Yes, both of you. But be sure to see us at The Boardwalk on December 6th with our friends in Holic. It will be a killer show, so be there or be killed! I mean... please come support your local music scene. 9/02/06-Home Again Hi everybody! Man, we haven't updated this thing in a while... we really suck about that. Anyways, here's the scoop on what has been happening lately. We recently returned home from a small west coast tour. We had a blast, sold some merchandise, saw some sights, and lived the rock n' roll life for a while. I know none of those shows are listed, but hopefully that will change soon (yeah right). As of now, we don't have anything lined up, but stay patient o loyal ones, for we will be playing again real soon. Let alpha-omega hold you over until we do (for sale at all Dimple Records locations). We are definitely staying busy though... alot of behind the scenes shit going on... We'll try to keep you posted better than we have in the days to come. We have new pics on our myspace page if anyone cares. Until next time. ~Justin
6/20/06-Yo! Alright, I know I've been a douche about updating the site and all, but just so everyone knows what's going on:
1. We have a show this Saturday the 24th at the Boardwalk (check the "live" section for more info).
2. The "alpha-omega EP" is for sale at Dimple Records. For those of you that want to know more (or those out not in Sac that wish to get a hold of some AXIOM stuff) I'm setting up a merch page soon.
3. We were on 98 ROCK the other night so if you wanna support us you can call in at 9:00 on Sundays and request "all for nothing" on Local Licks, or email Mark Gilmore at "mgilmore@entercom.com" and tell them "I want my AXIOM!"
4. We don't have a lot of shows coming up locally because we've been working with our new bassist and working on booking our little summer tour. I hope to have a few more shows before we leave.
5. I'm planning on re-organizing the site within the next week to update the info and add some extra goodies...so look for that next week.

6/13/06-alpha-omega release date The brand new EP is going to hit Dimple Records on Wednesday, June 21st. As you all know, we have been looking foward to this for quite some time, and are really glad to be finally getting it out to you. The EP will cost $9.99, and has over 45 minutes of music on it. Make sure to pick up your copy; if you don't, we'll know... Rock on dudes! ~JUSTIN
6/9/06-A long awaited UPDATE It has been a long time since you have had an update from us, so it is going to be a long one. Some of you may know that we have been working on an upcoming release for quite some time. Well, the RECORDING of this was finished a few months ago, on the same day that J. Bear decided to leave Axiom. Since then, we have been mixing, mastering, and duplicating the upcoming EP release entitled alpha-omega. This release WAS schelduled to be in stores on Saturday, June 10th, but due to some production complications, it will not hit Dimple Records until Saturday, June 17th. We apologize for the extra wait. Other than that we have been booking our summer tour and working in our new bass player. There will be shows real soon, so be sure to check the LIVE section. 1/6/06-Life... Guess what people, and band members, life sucks (sometimes). It's full of ups and downs. One minute you're on top of the world and the next minute you're speeding down the steet without your seatbelt on, hoping some asshole runs a red light and sends you through the windsheild, wondering how you got here. I've been there many times before. But people adapt, evolve, roll with the punches. Shit happens and it sucks, but you can only dwell on things for so long. That's where the strength of character comes into play. There are two people in this world. Those that fight for things they want and those that just take what they can get. I've wondered at times what type of person I am, but what it comes down to is what kind of person I believe I am and what I want to be. It's a new year. A year for people to shed everything about themselves that holds them back. There's a lot of bullshit in this world and sometimes you just gotta realize if you wanna be part of that bullshit, or be one of the few who actually do what they dream and don't let anything get in the way of what matters. So I guess this is a challenge to everyone in the world, or anyone that reads this, for 2006. To pick up your feet and shed your skin. Get rid of anything that prevents you from getting where you wanna go. There are people in this world that do amazing things and people that don't do shit. No matter what problem a person has there's always a solution, and no excuses except for the limitations a person puts on themselves. I'm not saying it'll be easy, but I'm goin' for it and anyone else that tries will only better themselves. And for those people out there (who I hope aren't reading this because that sucks they're checking our site out) who don't care enough about things to give it everything they've got....well, I'm sure great things will come to those who don't do anything to fix their situation...like wellfare. All I'm saying is that last year was, personally, a shitty year for me and I'm not making the same mistake twice. So if anyone's with me then let's do it, but if you're not......then why are you on this site? The only misfortunes in this world are the things that could have been...

1/3/06-Happy New Year from AXIOM!!! The show on the 29th was great, thanks to those who came out. We'll have some new gigs soon and expect some good shit from us this year. More shows, an EP, and actual merchandise! So stay tuned you sons-a-bitches!~SAW
12/20/05-Show on Dec. 29th Don't forget to come down to the Boardwalk on Thursday night to see us play, grab a demo with new material, and buy a t-shirt. The shirts will be $10 (sucks, but we're almost losing money) and the demos will be free and a little bit of a preview for our EP that we'll be releasing....eventually. 11/23/05-Good news, bad news We're experiancing some downtime right now. We don't have another show scheduled because I don't have a guitar. It won't take long though. I should be ready to play in about 3 weeks (just waiting for insurance to kick in). Then it's recording, shows, and merch.~SAW
11/16/05-1:00 in the morning... Well, my guitar was stolen tonight. The only guitar I use in the band. The ESP Explorer that I customized and they don't make anymore. The guitar I've had for eight years. The guitar that I wrote over 30 songs with. The only guitar I use. So I'm feeling shitty. We have a show, I hope, at the end of December and we got video of our last show so I'll update the site this week. The recording was coming along, until tonight. I don't know how this is gonna play out, but we're still here. I just lost one of the most important things in my life tonight...~SAW

02/28/05-Our First Hate-Mail! Wow, this is exciting! We just got an email on MySpace.com from another band named Axiom (or "Atiom" as J likes to call them, because of their logo.) Now this first one doesn't really count because it's from a bunch of inbreds in Tennesse, but we're hoping to get some really good stuff in the future. You can read it here. (Try not to pay too much attention to their misspellings and bad grammer).~SAW
02/13/05-Axiom gets screwed yet again! We got robbed of our Underground spot, and some other show opportunities fell through, so we have nothing scheduled until late March so far. Not to worry, we've got our best men on it as we speak and we'll have something soon. Until then, we'll continue to jam out some new material. Later.~SAW
02/08/05-Do we have any fans yet? Is there anybody out there? Well, I have just learned how to make fire and have joined my fellow cavemen in taking another step towards evolution, meaning; I just got DSL. So now I can be moving lightning fast through those webpages as I attempt to exclude myself from the ever-growing society around me. We got some shows coming up, hopefully. 11/29/04-Just another update. We weren't even sure it was going to take place until the night before, but we played the Sac City show and it was a bust. I hope no one remembers this one, I certainly don't want to. Oh well, we got the show on Dec 2 at the Boardwalk still and it's familiar territory to us, so we should kick ass.~SAW
11/22/04-Gig Change. Well, the Sac City gig is now going to take place on Tuesday, November 30, two days before the Thursday Boardwalk show. That's all we know so far...and that's all I have to say about that...~SAW
11/17/04-Sonofabitch! If any of you attend Sac City College, we will probably be playing there on Tuesday, November 23 at 12:00 in the quad...hopefully. I don't know why I bother with this because out of the five fans we have they are probably in high school, or in prison. I will update the "live" section once this show is set in stone.
